SATA welcomes you to participate in our well established educational programs and networking events, that bridge the gap between diversified South & Central American suppliers and quality travel agents. Bring awareness to your company, destination, product specialty and new sales tools that can benefit the retail trade. The evenings will feature a trade show, an informative presentation from our sponsor(s), dinner and door prizes.

Supplier Set Up: from 4:00 pm
Trade Show: 5.45 – 6.45 pm
Sponsor's Presentation: 6.45 – 7.30 pm
Dinner and Door Prizes thereafter

Important Shipping Note
To ensure proper delivery of boxes to the meeting room, shipping labels must include the guest name, company name, event name and date (South & Central American Travel Association Event, Nov 19, 2008). Shipments to the hotel must not arrive any earlier than 3 days prior to event otherwise storage fee apply. Contact the hotel directly for more details.

Non Member: $350
Includes tabletop and dinner for 1 representative. Additional representatives are $30 each.

REGISTRATION FORM & PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please complete the form below. Upon clicking "Submit Form", you will be taken our our payment center where you can submit payment online by credit card or receive instructions on how to mail your payment by check. You will also receive a confirmation of your submission by email within minutes. If you do not, check your spam/junk mail folder.

Reminder: Your payment is due within 7 days of your registration otherwise a table top will not be confirmed. To avoid payment delays, we recommend submitting payment online using a credit card.

Cancellation Policy once you have signed up and your payment has been received by SATA.
Any cancellations made no later than 15 days prior to event, a full refund will be made in the form of a credit. For cancellations received 14 - 6 days prior to event, a 50% refund will be made in the form of a credit. All credits can be used towards future SATA events. For cancellations received 5-0 days prior to event or no-shows, payments are non refundable.
