2010 Event Sponsoring Presenter Request
The cost is $1250 per show and this includes
- Prime location Tabletop at trade show.
- 45 minute presentation time slot. This is a great opportunity to convey your product information to an alert audience
- Recognition of sponsoring company in invitations and during the event
Dinner for up to 2 representatives - Attendance appreciation letter sent to attending agents jointly on behalf of sponsor and SATA.
SATA will provide a screen and podium with microphone. All other Audio/Visual Equipment rental is at additional cost if required.
Important: Sponsor presentations must be educational for travel trade benefit with emphasis placed on destination(s) in South & Central America. Presentations must be in English. Please ensure presentations are delivered either by power-point or slides and supported by visually appealing images. Text only presentations are not permitted. Sponsors are encouraged to furnish a door prize to be raffled as a grand prize.
