Emphasize your company brand and product by becoming a sponsoring presenter at a SATA Trade show event and delivering a key presentation for the evening. A maximum of one (1) venue is permitted for any one (1) supplier member to sponsor an event. Companies may also jointly sponsor an event (eg., an airline and a tour operator), provided no more than two (2) companies are sponsoring 1 event. All sponsorship requests are subject to SATA board of directors’ approval.

The cost is $1250 per show and this includes

• Prime location Tabletop at trade show.
• 45 minute presentation time slot. This is a great opportunity to convey your product information to an alert audience
• Recognition of sponsoring company in invitations and during the event
  Dinner for up to 2 representatives
• Attendance appreciation letter sent to attending agents jointly on behalf of sponsor and SATA.

SATA will provide a screen and podium with microphone. All other Audio/Visual Equipment rental is at additional cost if required.

Important: Sponsor presentations must be educational for travel trade benefit with emphasis placed on destination(s) in South & Central America. Presentations must be in English. Please ensure presentations are delivered either by power-point or slides and supported by visually appealing images. Text only presentations are not permitted. Sponsors are encouraged to furnish a door prize to be raffled as a grand prize.

Instructions: If you wish to commit to sponsor a city, please complete the form below. The deadline for Sponsor Requests is December 18, 2008 or when all cities are spoken for, whichever comes earlier. All events are scheduled as of November 22, 2008. In the event of any unforeseen circumstance, dates/cities are subject to change. SATA will advise of any such changes with advance notice.

All sponsorship requests are subject to SATA Board approval. Once you are approved, our administration office will contact you to confirm your selection.
